What’s the difference between parfum, rollerball, and fragrance oil?
Parfum sprays are long-lasting and refined. Rollerballs are travel-friendly for on-the-go touch-ups. Fragrance oils are concentrated and versatile, perfect for layering.

Are your fragrances unisex?
While curated as Men’s and Women’s collections, fragrance is personal — anyone can enjoy any scent that resonates with them.

Will the product look exactly like the photos?
Each product is thoughtfully handcrafted, so slight variations in color or design may occur, making every piece uniquely yours.


Shipping & Ordering

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, BLK GEM ships within the United States. International shipping may be offered in the future.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are carefully processed within 1–2 business days. Domestic delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on location.


Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or refunds?
All sales are final. Should any concern arise, our team is happy to assist you promptly.

Can I pay in installments?
We offer Shop Pay Installments for orders over $50, allowing you to split your purchase into four equal payments at checkout.
